Loon Organics is co-owned and operated by Laura Frerichs and Adam Cullip. 2012 is our 8th season of independently farming, growing around 8 acres of certified organic vegetables and herbs at our 40-acre organic farm just west of Hutchinson, MN. We provide for a 150-member CSA, local retailers, restaurants, and the Mill City Farmers Market in Minneapolis.
After working on several organic vegetable and fruit farms across the country, we started Loon Organics in 2005 as a 2-acre incubator farm at Gardens of Eagan in Farmington, MN. By fall 2008, we had moved to our current farm in Hutchinson and are committed to growing food and community for many more years to come. Thanks for your interest and support!
