We are organic farmers embarking on our 6th farming season at our 40-acre organic farm just west of Hutchinson, MN. Our first four years of independently farming were on a 2-acre incubator farm at Gardens of Eagan in Farmington, MN. We grow vegetables and herbs providing for a CSA, local retailers, restaurants, and the Mill City Farmers Market in Minneapolis. International Certification Services, Inc is our organic certifier.
